Do you have a clock which doesn’t update itself when switching between standard time and summer time? My microwave oven has one, so I set it to UTC and convert to my time zone in my head. Now that I’m used to it, I never need to update it again.

@katarina this leads to (1) you learn to convert between the time zones, or (2) you learn to not look at that clock, or (3) both
In CEST (Central European Summer Time) 14:00 UTC means 4pm local time
